Microsoft Word 97/2000 ® Integration

Summary

Our technical department has had a few reports of the Microsoft Word Integration pulling in a French date format when using any date field (expiry, effective etc...).  


Resolution

This may be simply resolved by verifying that your Customer and Policy screens have the 'Language' fields completed with an 'E' for English or 'F' for French.

It is also important that your Tables, User Preferences and Utilities, Print options all have the language you wish to use.
