
| Option 1) On Any screen in any computer application, you would either hit your 'Print Scrn' button or 'Shift Print Scrn' button and then immediately open Start, Programs, Accessories, WordPad, and go to Edit, then Paste. Save this document to your hard drive in a location that you would know where to find it at a later date. Example: File - Save As - C:\MyDocuments\Screencapture.txt If you wanted to email this screen capture, you would open an email, and browse to your C:\MyDocuments\Screencapture.txt file and insert this file as an attachment. Windows XP users would need to choose 'Ctrl + Print Scrn' at the same time to capture the screen.
