Introduction to Power Broker Express

POWER BROKER EXPRESS can be used by field agents/brokers to create/print reports, CSIO forms, plain paper, form letters, applications, dec pages and more. 

You still have the same features of POWER BROKER with the same data entry screens and no new software to learn. 

After you get new information from your clients you do not have to retype all that information back into your main database (a time saving feature). 

Just dock your laptop to your file server and update those files immediately. POWER BROKER EXPRESS is designed to ignore duplicate files and to only merge those records that were changed.


Sample Work Flow

With the commercial client you can put their information directly onto your laptop. 

You can then re-evaluate the clients policy on-sight. 

Once you have updated the clients policy you can then print out and give him the newly updated documents. 

Back in the main office the job of updating main database files is made easy by just downloading the changed files directly.


Personal

With the personal client you can also put their information directly onto your laptop. 

If you have a client getting a new house or auto policy, you can immediately print out the applications for those policies. 

When you get back to the main office, updating the main data base is made easy with POWER BROKER EXPRESS . 

Use your newly created files on the laptop to easily update your main data base.

1. You are not able to use the accounting package that is in 
POWER BROKER.
