Using the search option the customer is easily located on the homepage.

To view the details or to update customer information you can jump to the customer that you selected on the homepage.

One-Click Integration with Microsoft Word

With One-Click integration you can now attach external Word Documents with the click of one button.  Steps: 1) Open the document that you want to attach to the Customer/Policy Note.

2) Click the Word integration button when in the Customer/Policy Note window.      The Word document is automatically saved and linked to the customer/policy.

One-Click Integration with Outlook

With One-Click integration you can now attach Microsoft Outlook emails with the click of just one button. Steps: 1) In Outlook simply click to select the email that you would like attach to the Customer/Policy Note.

2) Click the Outlook integration button when in the Customer/Policy Note window.   The email is automatically saved and linked to the customer/policy.  You no longer have to first save the email, then attach the email using the browse button.

Outlook Distribution Lists

You can now create outlook distribution lists using the email addresses stored in Power Broker.

The Distribution list will show up in Outlook ready to be used for your latest marketing campaign.
