To change the Sales Tax in Power Broker, you would follow these steps

Under TABLES, select the Line of Business Table.  Edit all applicable Auto Lines to reflect the new 3% Sales Tax Rate.

Once you have updated your Line of Business Table, it is necessary to update your policy screens to reflect the new Tax.  

Under UTILITIES, select Reassign Policies to Template, saying ‘Y’ to assign Tax Percentages.  Please Note:  this is an ‘exclusive’ function which requires all Users to exit the system while running this feature.   

Utilizing this option will allow the system to ‘rewrite’ the correct 3% tax rate into all Auto Policy screens.

Once completed, Power Broker will return you to the Power Broker Home Page.
