ISAM Error - ODBCJT32.DLL

Summary

If you are presently attempting your Word Integration, and you receive an error that reads "There are no installable ISAM", then download the odbcjt32.dll file to C:\TEMP and call Power Broker tech support for further assistance.  

Please make note of the downloaded location of this file.  

If your not sure where to download this file, then please insert a 3.5 inch floppy disk and save it to diskette.

Advanced

Now that you have downloaded this file, close out any software that you may be running on this workstation.

Open Windows Explorer and copy the odbcjt32.dll file to the c:\windows\system folder.

If you have more than one workstation that receives this error, copy the odbcjt32.dll file to a 3.5 inch floppy, or to a temp folder on the server.  

Copy the odbcjt32.dll again to the next 
workstations c:\windows\system folder that has this same ISAM error.

Once you have done all these steps, launch Power Broker.

Log in using the password of the person who sits at this desk and go to "FORMS" from the main Power Broker Page.

Choose "Create or Edit Word97 Document"
Choose a form (FAX for example).
Click on SELECT
Click on EDIT Form.
Click on PROCEED.

Microsoft Word97/2000 should now launch without an ISAM error.
