
Customer Premium Report to Excel
This procedure assists you to get your Customer Premium
Report found in the Customer menu to a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet. Ensure
that you have a running knowledge of a basic sum feature in Microsoft Excel.
1) From the main menu of Power Broker,go to Customers, and run the
Customer Premium Report for the criteria you need to screen, click ok on the
screen report.
2) Now, open windows explorer, make a copy of custprem.dbf found in your
\bro directory on the server to your c:\mydocuments, and then change the name
to custprem.xls.
3) Double click on it and Excel will open. If you know how to use
Excel, simply click into the top cell and use the "sum" feature of the two
premium amounts, and then copy the cell formula all the way down the last
empty row of your spreadsheet. This will add the two premiums together.
