CSIOnet switch date extended to allow more rigorous testing
 

Dear members:

CSIO is extending the transition date for the CSIOnet switch to the TELUS service.  Our member consultations have indicated that this change is necessary to allow for more rigorous testing to ensure all members will confidently move to the new network.

We ask that all brokers test their connection to CSIOnet as per previous email and email helpdesk@csio.com  to let us know if you were able to connect. Please include your CSIOnet ID for our reference.

We will advise you in early February of the new implementation date after we assess the member test results, and consult with member vendors, brokers and insurers.
